The company sent unsolicited "The Journal of Anti-Aging" to my dead aunt. I had to make 7 phone calls to get her name and address off their mailing list. I was treated rudely by an agent name James at 1-800-296-1060 who would provide no help with removing the name and address from their database because the name and zip code did not match. I was holding in my hand the advertisement/journal that had my dead aunt's name and address which they sent. Saying it was not in their system made no sense whatsoever. The final person I spoke with named Andrew at 1-866-271-4707 did help. Seven phone calls and rude treatment to remove a dead family member's contact information from an unsolicited advertisment. Completely unacceptable customer service.
