I used the VRBO site and responded to an ad through the website. I received detailed info and pictures of #287557. We signed a contract for the rental and submitted payment. Later tried to contact the owner for more info... Nothing. Contacted VRBO and they said the email of the owner was compromised. We contacted the real owner and she denies having any problems... Refuses to help.
