While browsing my laotop suddenly went blank then the web-cam took my photo. This was followed by a notice that I had been viewing copy-righted, restricted or pornographic material, that I was being investigated, and that I could be fined, imprisoned, or both. However I could simply pay a "fine" of $300.00 placed in a "Money Pac". My computer was completly locked-up.
I have had to spend $50.00 for a "cleaning of my laptop, resulting in the loss of information downloaded previously, this will no doubt cost me more money and time trying to restore my computer.
