Horrible experience and customer service

I can only urge everyone to stop using stub hub. Please read! I bought tickets to a Maroon 5 concert and paid quite a bit of money and this was my first experience using stub hub.

The punchline is my wife, best friend and daughter were not allowed into the concert and stub hub's executive care has not done anything despite repeated phone calls and emails.

The tragedy is I am a disabled veteran and saved quite a long time to be able to send my wife to this concert. She doesn't get out very often as we are the parents of an autistic adult. The tickets were a birthday present and she had waited for a long time to attend this special event. My best friend who also didn't get to go, is the wife of an active duty naval officer. Her husband is deployed for an extended period of time and getting a baby sitter for three children is always a challenge and she had waited an exceptionally long time to attend this concert. My 17 year old daughter was also significantly upset she also couldn't attend. Add in that all three individuals were accused of having fake tickets and were insulted but the significant issue is that they didn't get to see the concert!

Finally, was promised this would be made Ruhr but despite 4 voicemails and 5 emails to executive care, I still have not had my fees returned! I have not even received the courtesy of a reply from executive care.

Would warn all to stay away from stub hub. As a fairly senior mid level manager I will warn everyone I can to stay away from stub hub!
