On two separate occasions I have submitted WRITTEN requests for my account to be closed immediately. Yet, two months later I am still being billed by rocketlawyer.com for "monthly services." They are refusing to honor my requests to cease and desist; I do NOT want another billing to show up on my credit card statement. And I want my money for last 3-4 months returned. I want the company to stop charging me money for services NOT desired!
