Becuse my the car which under Warrenty by Carsafe, was distroyed in Hurricane Sandy. Since November 28, I have was told that the refund take 30 business days. I have every week to track the status of the refund without any results. With erevy phone call, I get a different answer. When asked for a supervisor. I was told they will call me that none were available. I was just reading on the web that Carsafe is a fraud. I have been giving the run around since then. It is now soon to be 4months. Please tell me what to do.
