Just checked my bank balance and they have taken out the above amount, putting me over £100 overdrawn. I have no paperwork that says they were going to charge me this amount, if so I would not have ordered.in fact I am still on the 30 trial period, have no paperwork to return if not working. What do I do now, I want a refund!
