This happened on Facebook. An add kept on appearing to try a product sample for free. As it turned out it wasn't the case. I was charged on credit card but did not receive any service from Dead... Very upset that I was duped and as it turned out I found out they have a webpage on Facebook that isn't even in English!!! The U.K. Office and the US Canada phone numbers will go dead on you and customer support by email will never respond to you. Bunch of dead crap facade. The company is based in Israel??? I think they are taking advantage of clients and Facebook should get them off!!! For all Canadians call the anti-fraud centre of Canada and file a complaint with the RCMP. I notified my credit company to have them block any money wired to them to protect the credit card clients that might be naive as I was.
