I ordered a Kingston memory stick from this company in August. I did not receive it, so I was surprised to find that this company had debited 29.97 from my credit card every month since August. I contacted them to ask what I was paying for but received no reply at all. I cancelled the subscription but the cancellation was ignored. My credit card company say that Point Pay's processing bank has disagreed with the action to cancel and sent them pages and pages of contractual evidence. Having not received the item, I assumed that my order had not gone through the system. Anyway, why would I want to pay nearly £30 a month to blog. I don't blog, and if I wanted to, I would use Facebook.
