Unauthorized use of my credit card. I explained to the rental company the week prior to them charging my credit card that I would not be needing there services any longer. Platinum knew I would not be needing another week of rental and intentionally charged me for another week.
I spoke to the manager on the 8th of march and explained to him what happened, he said he had to make a few calls and find out how to handle the problem. I never heard back from him. I left several messages and no one answered my messages or returned my calls. All calls are fowarded to another cell phone to leave messages...
