Paid 1800 for vehicle then asked for protection plan and shipping fees

I sent 1800.00 for a vehicle and got another e mail wanting 1600.00 more dollars for a car protection plan, Then wanted 1350 more for shipping after the girl told me shipping was for free. Now she won't email me back or anything. And just like the other person never heard nothing anymore. They even sent me a tracking number. But I never received the vehicle.
