I ordered February 11th of this year. The information said the wig would ship within 10 - 12 days, unless it was custom made, in which case it would take closer to 25 days to ship.
I tried calling the 1-888 number to find out how long it would take but, surprise the number hasn't been in service since the beginning of Feb. I've tried it repeated times. I've also tried their "tracking" service and the only thing it says is "processing". I'm pretty sure I'm never going to see this wig and I probably won't get my money back - I paid through PayPal, so we'll see.
