After discussing this problem to many people in the OK office, and NO one, not even the BOSS, Michelle, as she called herself, refunded my money and proved this by sending me confirmation in a known email address she and the billing department had.
Since that was not done on Friday, I filed complaints to the following:
The FTC
Atty General in FL
Atty General in OK
Atty General in IL
The BBB where I discovered 406 complaints
I also wrote a letter to the editor of a paper in FL when I learned that they had charged my account monthly.
Due to this company usurping my time and repeatingly try to make fraudulent charges to my account, and scamming many others as I read on multiple sites, I suggest that others do the same. The problem was pointed out to them on Thursday [today is Monday] and I was promised on that day it would be corrected by Diana in the OK office and that she would call me on Friday to confirm, not only did she not call in the alloted time, she knew her schedule did not have her to work on Friday or Saturday; her boss, who was argumentative, did not help other than leave me on hold when it was all right there, and told me on a recorded phone message that Diana had lied to me about the battery, and since I did not get the adapter by Fed Ex, susquently lied to me about that as I see it. It took me 5 minutes to buy what I had simply asked was what type of adapter
I would need to replace for my Acer lap/netbook as they advertised themselves and pass themselves off to the public as an Acer Support Site. What a con racket... And if someone wants to start a class action suit, count me in!
