I purchased two nightgowns from this company in November. They kept giving me excuses as to why it hadn't shipped and this went on until January. They finally issued me a refund after many many emails and complaints. However, the refund never went through and I contacted their credit card processing company, who told me the merchant would have had to do another step after the "batch failed" and they did not. It appears I will not be getting my money back and now their website has been taken down as well.
