I bought a dress in October but have never received it. They have all sorts off hopeless excuses such as the hurricane Sandy, changing switchboard etc. For not having the time to process your particular order right now.
The have been answering all emails until after 3 months when I started threatening them and wanted to cancel my order. Then the contact went dead.
