Fience and I won a fee tanning session from business. We came to retrieve it on wednesday, March 6. At about 7pm. We walked in, told young girl our names and she grabbed our cards. She asked us how long we wanted to go in for and our skin type. I said fair and wanted five minutes. She said i should do 7 and she said i would be fine. I know my skin. My fience, has never been tanning in his whole life. She said what is your skin type? Do you tan easy? He said he tans easy. She showed her arm and said that she goes in at a level two for 15 minutes. So she put him in for 15 minutes in level one. We came out and the clerk said, oh i forgot to have you sign the consent form. Which should of been signed before hand. We went home. Within twenty minutes were fried. Had to miss work for one day and him two days. Went to doctors because so fried and pain. Been put on steroids and pain killers. Had to use vinager and aloe to sooth. We called owner for some compensation and he was rude and said his clerk said different. He has video and audio and wont show us with out a warrent or suppena. He told us there was nothing he could do. We told him we were not lying and that his clerk recommended the 15 minutes. He was rude in his appaulagy and told us we were trying to black mail him. Which we are not. Just wanted some compensation for our losses from his company.
