Have had to make official complaints with CAB/Trading Standards and ActionFraud. I have reference no's for them both. UK Gold Refiners has not paid me and ignored all of my contact by telephone and email (some emails are now being returned undelivered).
UK Gold Refiners owe me the £44 for the jewellery goods that they have had in their possession since Monday 4th March. The situation currently is that you have fraudulently obtained my goods by offering me £44 payment for them and then making no attempt to pay me or respond to my requests to settle this matter.
