November I had an suspicious deposit in my bank account. Called bank and told them this was not my money, they said that I had deposited it. I thought this was a subsidiary of my company, I was recently shorted on my check. Two weeks later this company is taking money out and called the bank again about this. They told me to call Hydra Fund. I did and they told me that I had a loan that I filled out online. Told them I didnt do this and they wanted to explain to me repayment terms. They ended up getting all but 20 dollars back before my account had to be closed. Now a collection company is saying that I owe 500 dollars now and they are going to mail a summons for me to appear in court. Reported this to the BBB in California and they have gotten no response to this complaint
