I placed an order on the 1/3 for the little house on the preire dvd collection kit. I email them the next day to ask for a tracking number since I never received an email comfirming my order. They sent another one and said to check spam. It said it could take 2 ot 4 weeks are longer due to holidays back on the 7th of jan and that with the free shipping there is no tracking number. When it had been 4 weeks and still no dvds I emailed them again that I wanted tracking comformation or a refund I never received a response. I waited about a week and when I tried to email them again there site was no longer avail. I later learned they were a scam and a lot of people did not get their stuff. The weired thing is when I got my statement they charged me $99.00 a atm fee of. 79 to a rogers is consulting. I have no idea who that is. Can I do anything to get my money back and charges placed against this companys owner so he or she can't do this to anyone else.
