American Financing Corporation did run a scam on me. It was a bait and switch tactic resulting in my losing my home. I now have a Reverse Mortgage which saved my home but makes me think it was not correctly managed.
AFC did promise me through contract to refinance my home when I was trying to buy a new car. However, the refinancing turned into a scam and I resorted to a Reverse Mortgage because AFC did not follow the terms of a Good Faith Agreement.
This happened late 1999 and early 2000 and I am still suffering because my home had been paid for once and I refinanced for major purchases like a car.
Statue of Limitations cannot run out on AFC's
scam tactics. I am still suffering. No property that I own that I paid for once and nothing that I planned for in my old age. I am now 82 and desperately need AFC to abide by their original Good Faith Estimate and make my life as easy as I had original planned back in 1957 when I bought this home.
Please help me?
Today, Channel 4 in Denver CO was running the same type AD that caused all of my problems featuring American Financing Loans. My concern is for the public. AFC can ruin a persons future the way that they did mine. I would love to explain it to someone... And get the help that I am due!
I used today's date because I am still suffering the consequences of the fraudulent refinancing.
