Took a survey after I made a on line purchase from jcp. For free earrings. Then found I was being charged large fee's for more jewelry I have my bank looking into it. But it appears that jcp doesn't know anything about it. Possible a pop up. Guess I will see what happens. Has any one else had problems with this company
