We used their website to verify the addresses of 2 people who owe us a spot of money. The results were unimpressive, one adress was 8 years old, the other, the building even doesn't exist any longer. We paid 0.95 each search as advertised on their site. We received no email stating we would be enrolled in their Pro Service, which aside is advertised as 29.90 monthly charge. They debited 39.95 and 59.95 from our account without any authority or our consent.
