I've never worked for this company. I've never gotten a settlement in any amount from this company. They sent the W-2 using my ex-married name which was changed back in 2008 to my maiden name. PLUS they sent it to my ex-husband's address from 3 years ago. No information can be found on this "company" on the internet except for SCAMS. If this is going to the IRS, then these people need to be federally prosecuted for "paying" people who have never heard of this group.
