At whole foods market located at virginia falls church 22043, an assistant team leader practiced a higher discrimination against me and against my coworkers because off thier nationality. Usually we do our work all of us without defferenciation but since she (hirut) been hired to our store she started to love team members form her country and hite others because of thier nationalit: she would give us hard time and hard work and she push us by her hands, if not she would grib us from or jacket like animals. One coworker tried to talk to the store manager but the manager told hmi that he just don t want work so our coworker got his termination from the company which the top leader like because he is getting more than 13$/h and hiring someone new for 10$/h would save him some money and sales up. I dont want to be known because they will fire me and i dont have another job thanks for eveything you will do hopefully you would come and ask team members if you could do it without putting them in a case where they ll get fired.
