On the 28/11 loan express took £69.50 from my bank account without my consent. When this happened i contacted my bank and they infromed me that a company called loan express had taken this money. I now am going through hardship as im not due anymore money for another 4 weeks and have no means of opening another account. I want my money back, i've tried calling this company on numerous occasions and different times of the day and NO-ONE!!! Ever picks up.
