I am writing to express my dissatifaction with the handeling of my daughters student loans that we are cosigners on. We are paying the loans and in the last year have had problem after problem with your bank crediting the correct amount specified by us to my daughters loans. It is unbelievable that every time we apply extra money towards a loan they apply it to all the loans and it takes a long time to fix the problem. I have the right to pay off these loans when i want too i feel like they are delibratly doing this to get more intrest i would really like a phone call from someone who is in charge of the student loan section.
