Purchased a dress. Custom orders were to be processed in 18-22 days, which was extra. Also paid for expedited shipping of 3-5 days. Package should have been shipped by the 25th. Arriving by the 2nd of March.

I contacted them on the 1st to inquire about the status of my order. I was informed that my order was not complete due to the fact that due to a rather large order which was just fulfilled, the seamstresses has taken a vacation. I was assured that they would expedite my order immediately and I would receive it by the 6th.

Contacted them tonight to comfirm that the package had been shipped because I had not received shipping notification. I was informed that it has shipped and that I "could" receive it by the 6th. Asked for a tracking number which they have had me waiting for over an hour.

They do not offer a telephone number to reach customer service, only live web chat. I have copied and pasted below the most recent chat I had with customer service.
