Like others I thought working from home was going to be best for my family but like this other complaint. I mean exactly the same to the dates!
02/27 Reported Damages: $3,000.00 Location: international I received an email from Nicole Farrel, a transportation manager with Global Transportation company. I was going to be shipping packages international to clients who were buying products from usa. The companies who were selling the products either did not ship internationally or the shipping cost was really high. Global transportation company was providing the customer with the service of being able to buy this usa items and having them shipped internationally at a lower cost.
I was suppose to send these package through the USPS with shipping labels provided to me. My base salary was 2300.00 us and 30.00 commission for every package I sent. I was suppose to have by payment direct deposited into my account on 2/25. After receiving no payment and not hearing from Nicole I began to worry. I email her several times about this payment and she never responded. I found that odd because we usually emailed back and forth everyday. Today I still havent heard from her. I decided to google the name of the vice president, Michelle roberger and the company name. I found this website and knew instantly I had been scammed. Although I didnt lose any money. I have spent a lot of time that I could have been using looking for an actual job. Dont get scammed. If you cant talk to them over the phone, and if they cant send a paycheck that you can cash immediately after you ship your first package it is a scam. If you cant find any information about the company or the employees it is a scam.
Only difference is that I set up the Paypal option I did recieve money but with the new position I was "offered" I have yet to recieve any contact from Nicole about the paperwork or the rest of my money. I have only recieved the commission nothing else... I also called the numbers on their website. They don't work. I hope and pray no one else gets suckered with this. My lawyers will be giving this company a call.
