On the above date, at 12:30pm, I had arrived and paid for a room, at $50.00, for 4 hours.
Around 3:22pm, upon deciding to gain an extra hour for the room, I went to the female Clerk, and told her of my wishes, and gave her $15.00, for an extra hour.
My original Checkout time was 4:20pm.
I asked the clerk of the new checkout time, and she told me "5:20".
She took the money and grabbed my registration form and placed it on the counter, and gave me $5.00 back, as change from the $20.00 I gave her.
At 4:00pm, I received a phone call, telling me that I have "20 minutes left for checkout"
I went to the Clerk, and told him that I had paid for an extra hour, with the previous female clerk, and he showed me the registration form, and it said "4:20".
The previous clerk did not enter the new time for me to checkout, which would have been 5;20pm, yet, she took my money[$15.00].
My dispute with the clerk was useless, and I told him that it was "Bad Business".
Upon my departure from the Motel, and submitting the room key, I told the Clerk that "You will hear about it".
