Wife had heard about this new way to watch programming w/o cable or satellite. Bought it a Walmart. I read info and thought a nominal amt per year was a good deal, so signed up. Could only sign up w/a credit catrd #, as I wanted to preview the service first. There is no opportunity to do so. Went ahead with paying and registering. When it came time to get into using their system, was disappointed with what they actually offered. Tried contacting them thru their live chat - doesn't work and the 800 # - unavailable. So called my credit card co. They hadn't processed it yeat so will have to wait a day or two, then ask credit card co to cancel the charge.
