I have been receiving magazines. Nam called me on February 18 to send me more magazines. I told them I wanted to cancel every one of the magazines I was already getting. They told me I was past the cancellation time. I told them I did not want any magazines, let alone more. They told me I had no recourse and that I was obligated to pay for the magazines for 5 years. They convinced me that there was no way to cancel. I felt defeated. Then, they recorded me saying "Yes" to everything—because I thought I couldn't get out of the contract.

I called on the 1st of March the number they gave my CC. I talked 25 minutes to Customer Service, "Edward." I wanted to cancel. They said I owed $449.10 to get out of the contract. I am livid and I need help.
