Ripoff Contract? I never signed one and they won't let me cancel my magazines

I was told by this ripoff company that I missed the deadline to cancel my magazines.By a couple of days! I never signed a contract and they won't let me cancel my subscription.

They also said I would receive a diamond watch, and be entered in a sweepstakes. They also said they would send me a list of magazines in case I wanted to change the ones I was getting.

I never chose the magazines I'm receiving. And I never received the list. I'm on disability and can't afford all the money they charge. Can you help me cancel my subscription?
