Leather Furniture Center has failed to respond to several requests to repair/replace broken furniture that was delivered in October. Calls go directly to voice mail. Emails not answered. Phone messages not responded to. I purchased a 10 yr extended warranty. FlexSteel was contacted and will NOT help.
