Dear sir / Madam,
I am deeply concerned of the feedback I have read about the alleged deception & mishandling of this organisation and my product to which I have still not received. I've had no information or indication when I will receive the 5 bottles of coffee beans that I have paid for.
The customer care link on their website only brings me to a series of complaints of unhappy customers and evidence of fraudulent activities. Their telephone number is also not valid.
