This company has launched a robo-call/texting campaign to numerous peoples phones using different phone numbers, probably clients who have signed up for the so-called BeNaughty service. I recieved just overnight 25 text messages with a code to respond back and become a member, which I did not respond to. Twenty five different phone numbers with the same offer to become a member. This company, person or persons is going to have a Federal Legal problem. Each unwanted text could be be fined for up to 12000 dollars per occurence as well have a Federal Trade Commission investigation launched upon them as a company and as individuals and serve up to 5 years in prison, if convicted for fraud of this nature. Their actions and behaviour should cease and be stopped.
