After many attempt I was finally able to talk to an actual person today, to try and cancel my monthly payment of $25.78 to a Website which I have never logged onto. They have taken $232.02 of my money and I am unable to get it credited back into my account. Each time I called I was directed to contact a website as the office phone was not manned. I gave no one permission to deduct from my account each month, as I paid for my goods up front. It seems that by NOT calling them to tell them I did not want this monthly billing to happen, I was actually allowing this to occur. How is this possible in this day and age. You give your credit card for a purchase, but they can continue to deduct from your account for no service or product without an authority or signature!
