I have phoned and e-mailed this company a number of times to cancell goods from them, they have taken money out of my account twice this month, and i have receceived no e-mails from them, cannot talk to anyone on phoning as its just a recorded message, i have asked for address to send stuff back but no reply; i have gone to my bank and have had to cancell my debit card; this company is known to the banks so just one lot of advice stay away from them and dont get trapped in thinking you are getting a free trial cos nothing is free.
