Ordered teacup yorkshire terrier puppies and the $250.00 was for shipping and feeding while being shipped. The puppies were to be shipped Tuesday morning with delivery to my home on Tuesday evening. Tuesday morning I was contacted by phone from an alleged puppy delivery service wanting $460.00 for heating and cooling crates, insurance, new toys and various items for shipping puppies. I got suspicious and searched the alleged company on Bing and found out it was a scam and when they called back I refused to send any money. I also found on Bing that this same person, vikymillian, had been running this scam for a while and found other complaints with same MO. I ordered this puppy for a friend that was getting the puppy for her granddaughter. Since she got stiffed for the $250.00 I'm reporting this scam to try and recover her loss. This vikymillian wrote like an asian but when I did a reverse search on the email address at yahoo found the person to be a black male. I have printed out pictures of this person., IP addresses and what information I could get. Your investigation of this scam would be greatly appreciated.
