I ordered the special offer about 39 dollars and when i placed the order i refused any additional items to keep the cost as i stated above but found when the order was placed and confirmed it was for 159 dollars. Tried immediately to cancel and even phoned but they had already taken the money from my account and i couldn't get a refund until the items arrived and i could then return them for full refund. The items only arrived yesterday and had no return address or any paperwork.
I had told the member of staff to cancel any further monies from my account and i also contacted my credit card company who stated as I had made a contract with this company it wasn't fraudulent and i had to cancel with them. This is worrying as i have no control over them taking further monies from my account. What do i do now? I will try to phone tomorrow to see if they will give me the return address as i am worried in case the address above isn't the return address.
