I applied for a job on indeed and got this message

If you have office experience, and are organized as well as reliable - please send your resume to me in an executive-classic format (company requirement). Be sure to include the first Monday you are available to begin. We will contact you within 24-48 hours upon reviewing your resume.

P.S. If you're unsure of an executive-classic formatted resume, I'd recommend finding a template, or a quick/free resume builder online (I know OneBuckResume or ResumeEdge should support the needed format).
