Kings Bay Motors ada Bennet Chevrolet rip-off! They sold me 2 lemons!

I can't rember the first date of the first vechile. I bought a Chevy S-10 truck from this owner they stated that the vechile was in good condition. When I purchased the vechile the vechile the engine light was on they stated that the oil needed to be changed. I changed the oil right away and the engine light was still on. Within two or three days the alternator went out and we were walking. We replaced this at 160.00. I notified them right away and they said as is is as is. When the throughout bearing in the clutch started to go I really start to fuss.

Then they said lets trade. We traded for another vechile a 1999 Chevy Cavailer. That was on November 11 of this year. I stated to them that I had to leave to go to Iowa because of death in the family. They assured me that the vechile would make it that they knew the trade and that it was a solid vechile. This was also a as is vechile. Two hours later the car started to overheat.

I returned the vechile to dealer and they said that they had lost money on the trade and that we should try to fix it. So we took it to a Texaco Lube and had it flushed and replaced the fan relay and temperature relay for the engine. At this time it seemed alright. When we left the car was running alright, but when we arrived in MO the car again starting overheating.

I called the dealer ship and their response was oh well. I was already half way home. We put another thermostat in it and had a mechniac look at it. They repaired it enough to make it home. We had to stop and put water in it and keep a constant watch. On Saturday we put it in the shop to learn that it had a head problem that was caused by the privios owner. The head gasket was put on backwards. I called the dealer again and the basicly stated that it was our issue. The car remained in the shop at a friends that was a mechanic for the rest of the time. We had the thermostat replaced the head gasket and several relays replaced. To learn that the engine or head had a hairline crack in it. The car was not able to come back.

I called Chevy this time and a service manger Wendel answered and told us to leave the vechile there and get home. We rented a car and did just that. With Wendel word that Chevy would help with some of the rembursiment of the lost. When I arrived home on Saturday the 27th of November I wasn't able to get a hold of Wendel. On Monday the 29th of November I was shuffled from one person to another with no result, no car, no money and very disatsified. I have spent almost 2,000 dollars with no results.

I called the finance company to learn that they belong to the same people they want their money no matter what. When I look up CARFAX there are 13 records. I don't have the money to check. This has cause me a great deal of hardship with no results. I have all of the paper work on everything from the first car to the second.

Please help. Right know my e-mail is not avaiable to me because I have sold my home thinking I would have enough available to move and get my job that they were holding. No way I am stranded now with my old car and hardly no money.
