I ordered product on Feb. 4, they debited my bank account on Feb. 6. Product has not shipped, they have not responded to several phone calls, e-mails and facebook messages, except for one e-mail on Feb. 21 saying they had been in transition, and would ship and send me tracking info "tomorrow". As of Feb. 26, still no indication that my product has shipped.
