They said we owe over $8,000.00 in pay day advance loans. We do not owe any money to a pay day company. They said the District Attorney from a state we used to live in was going to extradite my husband from where we live now. They would then put him in jail with no bail. When I asked for proof of loan they said he would get it once in jail. I told her I know the collection laws and that she was breaking the law. She started screaming "WHATEVER! WHATEVER I drive an expensive car and she hung up on me. I just reported them to the Fair Trade Commission and I have a call into my District Attorney. I am not done with them, I have a friend that is a Private Investigator and she is going to help me get to the bottom of this. She suggests filing a complaint with The Fair Trade Commission.
