Deception Trade Practice, Violation of Fair Credir Reporting Ripoff

I call EMC mortgage to get a payoff for my loan and the next month they reported me 30 days late. I was informed off the record by a former employee that this happens all the time in order to keep there clients from refinancing with another company. I have filed a complaint the Texas State Attorney General, the Deceptive Trade Practices ACT violation. Also the Federal trade Commission. Will everyone who has a complaint please contact Greg Abbott in the Texas State Attorney Generals Office. He has a reputation for shutting down businesses such as this in
