I ordered a set of 100pc. 16" jet black extensions. The money was taken instantly. So I went to like their FB page and saw a wall covered in complaints. I felt a bit leery, so I posted my order on their wall, which they told me would be shipped soon. After a bit of internet browsing, I found BETTER hair extensions available in longer lengths for less money. So I decided to cancel my order with them. (Since they've already done so well at ignoring my e-mails and questions) I canceled online and got a "Credit Note" instead of my money, which I was not okay with. So I FINALLY got a hold of a representative after calling 2 different numbers, and she literally begged me 3 times to keep my order. After telling her no and turning down all her discounts and offers, she finally told me I would see my money in 4-7 business days, and that this craptastic company was charging me 5% of my money for an item that never even shipped... Poor customer service, (Inappropriate Content Removed) policies, and their reps. Have no couth... Pathetic.
