I purchased a sample product on the 23rd January then on the 7th February Puracleanse debited my account and another amount and I have never received the product
I cannot get hold of them.
My bank is taking this fraud up on my behalf, thank goodness I purchased with a credit card so I have some security. However, what is most worrisome is that even if I cancel my credit card and get a new one, this Puracleanse company can still pass debits on my new card without my permission. Nightmare
