I received a letter for a guaranteed payment because I won 2,997, 500.00, all I needed to do was sign my name to confirm my identity, oh and mail them a 20 dollar check or money order to send me the check. Any one with a form of common sense would know this is a scam. Why would you need to pay to ship that kind of money in a check form and if you happen to actually need to then they wouldn't the prize sender subtract the funds from the money sent. Sadly there are people out there without common sense and this scam needs to be reported.
