I just read some of the other complaints and the most recent from "yark" is exactly what happened to me. I am so mad. PLEASE nobody use them! They scammed us and will to other people. I was able to get return emails from them until I requested a refund. Now my emails come back undeliverable. I guess I have to contact my credit card company.
