When I subscribed I wanted to subscribe for one month but I was charged for 6 months. I immediately reported this to them through email because there is no phone number on website, I did receive a notice an email and it had a number I called and I was refused a refund because I had used the website twice. I explained that on there page it doesn't say anything about being billed for 6 months they still refused I tried to compromise, and asked to refund for 5 months they still refused.
