I was scammed on feb. 1 2013 i bought your 2 year tech support they said on the phone they were apple care. I change my mind the next day to get a full refund they told me no refunds so i hung up called my bank and they put a stop payment on it and started a case recovery to get the money back from this company. This is the worst scam i have seen in my life this company should not be in business my next step is to report my tech help to the bbb. So no one else ever should get scammed by this company again. This has been the worst experience in my life. Please have someone put this co. Out of business. Thank you patricia drake
